Seasonal recipes
After the tropics we head for two cold countries for winter recipes. First stop is the Netherlands for a visit to a rising star, Lucas Rives, Gault et Millau chef of the year.
For the second recipe we visit with Renato the chef of Restaurant Favaro, one of the best among the many Italian restaurants in tiny Luxemburg.
