Mascarpone is a very unctuous fresh cheese made from cow’s milk cream that is admirably suited to blending with Pur Caraibe chocolate. Adding strong coffee provides elegance and finesse to this recipe. This elegant note shall have perfect resonance in the roasted aromas of the Cuvée Orpale 1996.
